SHIPPING INFORMATION
As we have announced in our previous update, we will ship all the products in September. All packages will have tracking numbers.
LAST OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
This is your last chance to fill out your survey or change your shipping address (Instructions below) before we begin shipping! We will be locking down the shipping address on the 7th of September so please change it if you need to. Production is complete!!!

Dear backers, we are happy to inform you that we have completed the production of The Masters Collection! Despite all difficulties we met in these tough months, we made the greatest effort possible to complete a very hard puzzle. We eventually made it, also thanks to your great support, piece by piece.
Now it's shipping time. The Masters Collection is about to undertake a journey that will take it to our warehouses in Italy, Europe, and California, United States. There, our staff will carefully prepare all individual deliveries and send your well-deserved brand new cookware!
You will hear from us again soon, as we receive all products in our warehouses and start final deliveries!

Production Update + A Reward for your Patience

Dear backers,
we hope that you are safe and healthy, now that the pandemic has moved its epicenter in the States and Latin America.
This small update is to inform you about our production, which is currently on schedule. Here below you can check the progress and the production line.
Your massive support in these tough times has been a real motivation for us. We think your patience and consideration - due to the pandemic spreading in Europe - in the last months has been unbelievable. This is why we have decided to reward you with a precious gift.
Each piece of the Masters Collection will come with a stylish branded black non-woven bag to help you store and protect even more your brand new cookware. They will be big enough so that you can still stack each cookware piece, without compromising your cabinet space.
You can see a small example in the picture below. We really hope you like it and use it to store the Masters Collection with the best care possible.
Once production will be over we will come at you with an update. Stay safe.

Our production has officially started!

Dear Backers,
we hope this new update finds you well, healthy and safe. We bring very good news: our production has officially started! We have decided to wait a few more days before starting mass production in order to make sure our partners and suppliers could fully meet our quality requirements.
From today, we plan it will take around 60 days to manufacture the Masters Collection.
Our Production Department is working hard to reduce this time, but we cannot promise they can make it. It is extremely important to maintain a high-quality manufacture level and there are no shortcuts for it.
Once the production will be completed, around two months from today, we will ship the goods to our warehouses in Italy and USA. Freight time can vary, and especially in times like these it is not easy to guarantee the fastest deliveries. We foresee 30/35 days plus a week for customs release. Once our warehouses will receive the goods, they will immediately start dispatching all orders that will be shipped with the quickest carriers available.
Said that, we expect to finally deliver your orders by September.
Needless to say, our commitment is to deliver as soon as possible and you will be notified as we move forward! We can't wait for you to get the Masters Collection and start your kitchen revolution.

Something is starting to move

Dear backers,
we are glad to announce that something is starting to move and we are slowly going back to normality. A different normality, needless to say.
In these months, we have worked on what we could, and recently we have completed the 100k stretch goal: the lids.
In comparison with the older model, we have widened the straining channels, making them quicker and more efficient. On the slower one, we have introduced a holed filter to help straining the smaller foods.
In the video below you can see how it works.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation, hoping things will get better and better. As soon as we move forward, we will keep you updated.
