Which differences are there between the Masters Collection and the previous cookware series?
1. The non-stick coating has been greatly improved. We now apply a PEEK formula, the most advanced in history, which is much more performing than three layers PTFE Ultimate coating from ILAG. 2. All pieces now feature a full-induction steel plate to spread (and maintain) heat better than ever. 3. The Pots bodies and handles have been redesigned to improve stacking and reduce wasted cabinet space. 4. Now, Pots handles are one size for all and allow better heat protection. 5. We also improved the Pots Lids straining holes for a better and faster drain. 6. The Pans and Grill removable handles now offer a better ergonomic grip and a spring-free attaching mechanism to last longer. 7. And to help you cook with more freedom, we enlarged the Grill Pan.

Can the lids of the pots be also used on the frying pans?
Yes, you can use the two largest lids of the pots - 24 cm and 28 cm (9.4 in and 11 in) even with the Frying Pans.

Are all the cookware dishwasher safe?
Our Master Collection is 100% dishwasher safe. Like any kitchen item, the durability is extended with a normal hand wash so for our Master Collection is the same. This is the main reason we recommend to hand wash the cookware to make sure it – especially the non-stick coating – will live longer. Like every non-stick coated cookware producer, we highly recommend hand washing to maintain the best performances, especially to preserve the non-stick surface. The design is also studied to ease hand washing and, you will notice immediately, cleaning the cookware will be extremely simple and fast. A soft sponge with delicate soap and some warm water will do the job in no time! Said that, you are absolutely free to put the cookware in the dishwasher.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
